We believe that what you put into your body is just as important as Pilates. So often we struggle to find that balance between feeling and looking great and working in the right way to achieve desired results. Nutrition, what we eat and drink, is vital to our energy levels, hormone balance and weight management.
What you can expect:
– One-on-one nutrition and lifestyle coaching (1 x 1h, 4 x 30 mins, over 12 weeks) in a private room at the studio with Tracey, our in-house nutritionist.
– Loose weight, fat and centimetres where you want to
– Analysis of health questionnaire* to tailor the programme to your specific needs
– Meal plans, recipes and shopping list
– Tips and encouragement for achieving lasting change
– Information on latest scientifically backed techniques for achieving weight-loss and optimum health
– A Facebook Group of participants to provide extra motivation (this is optional but being part of a community is proven to help weight-loss and behavioural change)
– A cookery workshop at the Studio to demonstrate recipes and have fun!
– 24 Pilates classes (Mat or Reformer)

* NB: The health questionnaire will be provided in advance and includes a 3-day food diary to complete before the first consultation.

Payable in 3 instalments by cheque, booked directly with Karen at Studio 15 Pilates, 12 rue Letellier, 75015 Paris.
The programme has been designed to encourage you to take 2 Pilates classes per week with nutrition consultations approximately every 2 or 3 weeks for 12 weeks. You may start the package between 4 April and 4 May 2018. Classes and consultations must be completed by 27 July 2018.
